What is a Dry Hire?

A dry hire is where you provide the alcohol and mixers for your event.  We provide the bartender, cups, straws, napkins, garnishes, mobile bar and coolers.  You can pick add-ons for ice, mixers and more.  See our packages and add-ons below for pricing. We will help you create a shopping list for all your needs for alcohols and mixers to ensure you have enough for your event.

Standard Package - $800

Our basic package includes one certified bartender, high-top bar, cooler, bartending tools, 9 oz disposable clear cups, straws, napkins, garnishes, setup and teardown, ice, and coolers for up to 5 hours.  Additional hours are $100/hr.  One bartender is for events up to 75 guests.  Additional bartenders are required to add-on for events with more than 75 guests.

Bartender Only Package - $500.00

Our bartender-only package is for when you wish to provide everything and just need someone to come and serve the drinks. A certified bartender is provided for up to 5 hours of service.

Bartender add-on - Prices Vary

One bartender is included in your standard package for events with up to 75 guests.  For larger events with more than 75 guests, see pricing/requirements below. Pricing is for up to 5 hours of service. 

Required Bartenders:

  • up to 75 guests - included in standard package
  • 75-200 guests - 1 additional bartender - $300
  • 201-400 guests - 2 additional bartenders - $600
  • 400+ guests - 3 additional bartenders - $900

*You can add a bartender no matter the requirements, it is $300/bartender for 5 hours of service.

Mixer add on - $5/person

Mixer add-on includes the following. Cola, Diet Cola, Ginger Ale, Lemon Lime Soda, Tonic, Soda Water, Orange juice, Cranberry juice, Pineapple Juice, Lemon juice, Lime juice, Grenadine. 

NOTE:  If you choose to provide your own mixers, I can provide a list of your needs for the event for no charge.   

Self-service beverage drink station add-on - $2.00/person

This is an add-on for a self-service station for non-alcoholic beverages.  We provide (3) 2-gallon containers with the following drinks.

  • Iced Tea
  • Water
  • Lemonade

Table, Cups, straws, sugar, and sugar substitutes are provided as well.

 

Free Optional Add Ons

  • Customized bar 8x10 Drink Menu Sign
  • Water Only Station - a 2-gallon water dispenser and cups will be available for your guests to self-serve

Payments and Deposits

Payments:  

Event is required to be paid in full 30 days prior to your event.  

Deposits:

50% non-refundable deposit is required to save the date.
